sunday, April 6th
When you arrive at the Goodwood Hotel, a member of the Audrain Motorsport team will be there to greet you and get you settled in.
Once our guests have checked in and refreshed, our party will enjoy a cozy dinner at the Farmer, Butcher, Chef restaurant at the Goodwood Hotel. At dinner, we will have a chance to enjoy conversations, camaraderie, and meet friends new and old throughout the evening – a fabulous jetlag ice breaker before your first night’s well-earned rest in order to prepare for the week.
Monday, April 7th
After a leisurely breakfast on your own, guests will have the opportunity to explore the grounds of Goodwood. With private tours of the House and grounds guests will be able to enjoy the grandeur of the estate. You will also have the opportunity to start the week off in a relaxing way by booking a luxurious spa appointment. In between the tours we will come together as a group for lunch at the Goodwood Hotel.
For dinner, our guests will be driven to dinner at the Kennels on a vintage bus.
Tuesday, April 8th
Tuesday morning, we will be driven from the hotel to the Motor Circuit for an exciting track day experience. Breakfast will be served at our “Goodwood Audrain-base” at the Jackie Stewart Pavilion within the famous race paddock. If you have not transported your own vehicle for the event, classic 1960s GT cars will be available.
Guests will be split up into groups - groups can go off-road with the Land Rover experience and engage in clay shooting while the other groups test their driving skills on the track. After lunch, the groups will then switch activities.
This exciting track day immerses us in the lives of all the greatest racing drivers from the past six decades who have graced this historic Goodwood tarmac.
We will adjourn once more to the hotel before, fully refreshed, we will enjoy the Audrain cocktail party and a lavish dinner at Goodwood House in the company of His Grace the Duke of Richmond. After dinner, His Grace will entertain us with a Q & A session on anything to do with Goodwood, be it the house, his family history, his own involvement with rebuilding the Motor Circuit or his path to inspiring the historic motor sport world in general.
Wednesday, April 9th
Our first driving day! We will have breakfast at your leisure at the Hotel followed by a drive to the RS Williams, Aston Martin restoration shop for a private tour. After the tour we take a short drive to the Bremont Watch Company for lunch and a private tour. Guests will then take a scenic drive back to the Goodwood Hotel. After a quick refresh, guests will be driven to Ashling Park Estate for wine tasting and dinner.
THURSDAY, APRIL 10TH
Thursday morning, we will meet for breakfast at The Kennels. We will then depart as a group for a scenic drive to Blenheim Palace where we will spend the day having a tour and lunch in the Orangery with the Duke of Marlborough.
After the drive back to the Goodwood Hotel, guests will leisurely make their way to the Kennels for a relaxing dinner ending with cigars and s'mores at the firepits.
Friday, April 11th
The day will begin at The Kennels before a morning drive to visit McLaren. The McLaren Technology Centre is the headquarters of the McLaren Group, located outside Woking, Surrey, south of London. We will be guided around the facility and visit both the road car production facility as well as take a glimpse into the highly secretive world of McLaren’s F1 program. Before leaving, we will enjoy lunch at McLaren. On the way back to the Goodwood Hotel, guests have the option for a private tour to Jim Stokes shop or antiquing in Petworth.
Once back at the Goodwood Hotel, you will have plenty of time to refresh and dress for dinner as guests of His Grace the Duke of Richmond. This lavish black-tie party will begin with cocktails before we join the Goodwood VIPs, drivers and other guests who will be starring in the weekend’s Goodwood Members’ Meeting races.
Saturday, April 12th &
Sunday, April 13th
As the Presenting Partner of the 82nd Goodwood Members’ Meeting, we will host you as our guests at the circuit for the entire weekend of racing and trackside events. Transportation will be provided from the Goodwood Hotel to the Motor Circuit, where you will have privileged VIP access throughout the two days, enjoying full hospitality within the Jackie Stewart Pavilion right at the heart of the Goodwood Paddock action.
A History of The Goodwood Members’ Meeting
The origins of the Goodwood Members’ Meeting go back to 1948 when the 9th Duke of Richmond opened the circuit and held the first in a series of race meetings for members of the British Automobile Racing Club. There were 71 such meetings, the last one being on 2 July 1966, after which motor racing at Goodwood ceased.
The Members’ Meeting was revived in 2014 in response to demand from Members of the Goodwood Road Racing Club. In 2024 it celebrates its 81st edition. The Members’ Meeting is a weekend of pure racing for the dedicated enthusiast. You will have an opportunity to join with both spectators and drivers to take part in your own sporting activities throughout the weekend, scoring points for one of four “Houses” – Darnley, Torbolton, Aubigny and Methuen – with the winner being awarded the Goodwood House Shield.
You will be given your “House” membership upon arrival at the circuit. Have fun!
