Imagine, a four-day, three-night adventure- driving your special car on twisting, scenic roads through three different natural environments along the California coast. Share the road with like-minded friends, old and new as you drive in camaraderie with automotive personalities including Donald Osborne & David Donohue.

Southern California is celebrated for its geographical diversity. There are few other places in the world where in the space of a few hours you can travel from one of the world’s greatest oceans and luxuriant tropical growth to towering mountains, tall pines and crisp cool air- and then back to majestic palm trees and exotic desert life shortly thereafter. November is a perfect time in Southern California, both at the coast, in the mountains and in the desert. The weather ranges from the mid-60’s to the 70s and sun is abundant.

We’ll gather for a night at the legendary Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego then begin our Tour with a drive from the coast up and across the San Jacinto Mountains to a lunch stop at 4,300 ft above sea level then begin the exciting drive down to the Coachella Valley desert floor and our home base for the next three nights, the unique Parker Palm Springs.

We’ll take a drive from the valley to the high desert, going through some of the most beautiful and dramatic landscapes in the country, to a lunch at a spot that epitomizes old-time desert luxury and presence.

While we will enjoy over 300 miles of entertaining, exciting and rewarding roads during the Tour, participants will also have sufficient opportunities to enjoy the renowned spa and recreational activities of The Parker in the afternoons, or to explore on their own the many attractions of Palm Springs, Palm Desert and the area, from world-class art and architecture, shopping and hiking.

Current travel recommendations: Whether your travel is domestic or international, follow CDC travel guidelines for testing, masking, and quarantine:

• Delay travel until you’re fully vaccinatedIf you’re not fully vaccinated, but choose to travel, get tested before and after

• No matter your vaccination status, wear a mask indoors while on public transportation or in a transportation hub

• Wearing a mask outdoors while traveling is no longer required, but still recommended for unvaccinated individuals
